I’ve always wanted to start a business. As a kid, if you came to my house, I would sell you a hand painted t-shirt or even a rock. After igniting a passion for social justice, studying Entrepreneurship and pursuing a career in diversity and inclusion, it was time to launch. After my mother passed in 2017, I felt guided to name the company after her and infuse her creative spirit in the purpose and values of the consulting. Currently, it’s a solopreneur operation where I am carefully curating activities that help firms rethink diversity and inclusion through design. After completing both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Entrepreneurship & Management, I started my career at my alma mater, Babson College establishing a resource and offerings for business students around diversity and inclusion. Through my role and experience at conferences across the country, I learned the unique field of Higher Education and Non-Profit Management and the landscape for how institutions create spaces of belonging for all stakeholders and align their mission and values with research, content and activity.
While working with students was rewarding and inspiring, I welcomed the opportunity to manage a strategic planning process for Human Resources at Princeton University. I had also become obsessed with design thinking and was able to apply human centered approaches to working with employees and administrators in an interdepartmental
